Jagged Alliance 3 – Review

Gameplay
The gameplay of Jagged Alliance 3 is similar to other turn-based tactical RPGs, such as XCOM and Invisible, Inc. You control a team of mercenaries, and you need to use your skills and abilities to fight enemies, complete objectives, and liberate the country of Grand Chien from a corrupt dictator.
The game’s combat is turn-based, and it’s grid-based. This means that you need to carefully plan your moves in order to defeat your enemies. The game also features a permadeath system, so you’ll need to be careful not to lose your best mercenaries.
Graphics and Sound
The graphics and sound in Jagged Alliance 3 are good, but not outstanding. The visuals are well-rendered, but they’re not as detailed as some other turn-based tactical RPGs. The sound effects are also good, but they’re not particularly memorable.
Overall
Jagged Alliance 3 is a solid turn-based tactical RPG with a lot of potential. The combat is challenging but rewarding, and the game’s world is a joy to explore. However, the game is still in Early Access, so there are some bugs and performance issues.
Pros:
- Challenging but rewarding combat
- Beautiful world
- Deep customization options
- Good graphics and sound
Cons:
- Some bugs and performance issues
- Lack of some features (e.g., multiplayer)
Overall:
Jagged Alliance 3 is a solid turn-based tactical RPG with a lot of potential. If you’re a fan of the genre, I highly recommend checking it out.
