Just a quick look at this: Witness-inspired puzzle game: it’s beautiful, it’s fun, it’s got some great puzzles, and it’s got some bad ones, but it’s lacking polish.

If you’re looking for a game that looks great, has a massive world, and is a joy to explore, this is the one for you. Several items are floating out of place, and the terrain is riddled with holes. But there are only a few of them.

Some of the puzzles were really exciting to solve, and the uniqueness of the puzzles made them enjoyable to solve. Most of the puzzles in the game can be brute-forced, while about five puzzles were too vague for my liking.

Along with the main challenges, there are side challenges that call for greater inventiveness in finding a solution. Finding out how many and which additional puzzles you’re missing is much more difficult than simply identifying which major puzzles you’re missing. There is some frustration in going for 100% and having to go back and forth to find all the places you’ve missed.

Additionally, the game’s interface is rushed and changing the graphics settings causes the game to freeze for 10 seconds or so. Some sounds are also too loud, making it difficult to read.

Score – 7/10
