However brief, I found Nightmare Inside enjoyable. Even though the experience was only a few hours long, it nevertheless managed to pack in a lot of puzzles and story points. One of my favourite parts involved closing your eyes and following the sounds. Although I think the sound could have been improved upon, I still found it enjoyable. When I opened my eyes, I had no idea where I was or what I would see.

If you want to see it for yourself, I made a video. However, because the game is so brief and lacks numerous endings, I recommend playing it instead of watching the video. The subject of self-harm may also be an issue for you if you’re very sensitive.

To sum it up, if you’re sensitive to the topic of self-harm, I’d advise you not to read this book. If you’re not, then you should wait for a discount, but if it’s at a lower price than the current $4.99 USD, I highly recommend it.

About:

You are a man who just lost his daughter in a car crash. You are trying to get through all that pain, but you also have to face your worst enemy who makes every minute that passes worse, your mind. As a player you wake up after a very bad nightmare and you have to escape. The only way to escape is to use your mind to solve the puzzles throughout the game but it’s not so easy, there is something there that is trying to stop you. You will have to find evidences, parts and other things to make your way out of that “thing” that is going on for a while. But in the end escape from where? your house? your neighbourhood? someone? you? There is only one way to find out.
