As stated earlier, this is a fully modular PSU. This means, less cable mess and better cable management in your case. You can pick and choose which extra cables you want to use. The cables provided are lengthy enough and come in an all-black design which looks really good. They give a minimalistic look in most cases and help your RGB parts get the limelight. In terms of quality, they’re really solid and in no way ever feel weak or flimsy.
The PSU itself is also very pretty and you won’t be disappointed if you have a case that allows you to show off the PSU. It’s an all-black body with the PSU branding on the side in black with Teal highlights for the text that looks great in my opinion. It’s not a common colour in PC builds so it adds a nice dash of flavour to your build. The similar teal colour can be found on the box so you know what’s in store for you.
Onto the performance for this beast PSU. And when I say beast, I mean it. We used the Deepcool DQ750-M-V2L in our RTX 3080 and Ryzen 5 5600X PC and had a total of 0 problems. The RTX 3080 is a beefy GPU that needs a lot of power and the MSI Gaming X Trio model that we used required 3x 8-pin connectors which was not an issue thanks to this PSU. Throughout all our benchmarks and stress tests, this PSU powered through it. Heck, overclocking was also possible and not much of an issue although we didn’t do a lot of OCing besides a bit to see how far we could push those products and the PSU.
So do we recommend this PSU? Absolutely. It’s a fully modular 80+Gold PSU that will handle an RTX 3080 with no issues at a price point of Rs 7,900. And it does so while looking stylish and being very silent so you don’t have to worry about noise either.
